I thought this was an interesting idea. It seems it would be easy to spend as much time explaining how to do things, reviewing bids, and managing work as it would take to do many tasks on your own. It is also fairly expensive. Do most people use the same provider to reduce required time exhausted in delegation activities?
If you have a very specific job that someone else is really good at and you are very slow at, it might make sense to do one off projects like this. If you need general help with stuff, you are probably better off getting the same person to help you with everything so they can build up a knowledge of what you need done.
