I previously wrote about the Belkin Concealed Powerstrip. With 10 outlets, wire routing, and a cover to keep everything out of sight, it is the ideal way to organize under your desk.
We are going to be giving one away here at Productivity501. To enter simply sign up to receive the email version of this site in the right hand column. Once you verify your signup (you’ll be sent an email with a link), you’ll be entered in the contest. If you currently receive the email, you are entered already.
Right now, there are about 1,000 email subscribers. Once we reach 1250 subscribers, we’ll give away the Powerstrip to a randomly selected person from the list.
Anyone can enter, but I’ll only ship to the US. It is a little big so international shipping could easily be more expensive than the actual item. Also don’t forget to watch for the verification email. You should get it a few minutes after signing up.

I noticed that you don’t include the 3630 RSS followers in your count. Does that mean they aren’t included in the drawing.
I ask because I follow your site via RSS and really don’t lile cluttering up my inbox. Even so, I will subscribe to the email long enough to partake in the drawing…

I personally think this is unfair towards those already subscribing via RSS – but I’ll enter anyway, because I like the idea of that power strip :-)

@Markus – Hm. Something must be messed up because I usually have over 7,000 subscribers. But to answer your question, the email subscribers are a subset of that number. I’ll be choosing a random email address from the list of subscribers. Since RSS only readers don’t have email addresses registered they won’t be part of the drawing.
@Arjun – I understand what you mean, but any type of RSS entry has to rely on giving the prize to the person who sees it first. That kind of discriminates against people who are in different timezones.
If you want to enter the contest and are already subscribing with RSS, just add your email address and then remove it once the contest is over. I’ll see if I can come up with a better way to make things more fair for RSS only subscribers in the future. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
